- Library Open House Edwards Air Force Base is proud of our award-winning Library with its dedicated staff. They offer an assortment of learning materials, including books, periodicals, videotapes, cassettes, and books on CD, books on tape, DVDs and music CDs. Additionally free computer use with internet access, typewriters, copy and fax machines are accessible to the base personnel. The Library's annual Open House is an opportunity to show all patrons what the library has to offer with tours, hands-on access and a social party. Sponsorship of this program is a great opportunity to raise customer awareness of your company with this exclusive military demographic. Sponsorship is fundamental to the success of this event. Edwards AFB invites you to join in supporting the moral, welfare and recreation of our military, dependents and civilians by becoming a commercial sponsor for the Library Open House.
