- RECOVERY - DOLORES HABITAT RESTORATION - LANDSCAPE LEVEL RESTORATION FOR GUNNISON SAGEGROUSE, DESERT BIG HORN Subtitle: Monogram Mesa II Project This project falls under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The BLM has been tasked to manage fire and natural resources; and through the essence of habitat restorations, fuels reduction projects will help to protect natural resources and property, and to restore the health of our public forest, wildlife and rangelands. The performance requirements are to remove younger aged pinyon-juniper, located on approximately 250 acres from sagebrush grasslandsThe area is located in Montrose County, Colorado T. 45 North, R.17 West NMPM Sections 3, 4, 9, 10 and 15; and approximately sixteen miles northwest of Basin, Montrose County, Colorado THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO VENDORS/CONTRACTORS THAT ARE CONTRACTED UNDER the BLM Fuels Reduction IDIQ Those vendors with an established fuels reduction IDIQ contract and have active registration with www.CCR.gov are the eligible to submit quotations for this project. IDIQ HAZARDOUS FUELS REDUCTION: There are two (2) IDIQ Line Items involved with this project. The approximate total acreage is 350 acres. IDIQ Line Item 0017AA - Level I and IDIQ line Item 0003AA - Level I EVALUATION Receipt of an award is contingent upon the evaluation of Technical and Past Performance information provided by the offeror, and the information shall be assessed equal to price; and the Vendors ability to meet the required performance time lines; and the Prime contractor and subcontractor (if any) shall be guided by ARRA requirements illustrated in Sections 1512 (please see attached solicitation clauses). The estimated periods of performance are 01 May 2010 through 30 September 2010. A pre-award site tour is scheduled for 20 April 2010 at 1000 hours, located at the Basin Store, Basin, Colorado.
