- The scope of work generally consists of:1.Replace existing AC-9 and AC-10 along with the associated return fans. New VFD for supply and return fans. 2.Replace existing VFD for AC-24, AC-21, AH-13 and AH-10 for supply and return fans. 3.Drain piping replacement for existing ceiling mounted induction units on 3rd floor south wing. 4.New refrigerant leak detection system and alarm for chiller plant. 5.Replace existing AC unit in elevator machine room, lower level. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON OR BEFORE 04/30/2010.
