- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for a Brand Name or equal Triathler Combined Bench-Top Liquid Scintillation Counter and Luminometer. Below, is a list of the minimum essential characteristics that this brand name or equal system must meet. All proposals are due no later than 10:00 a.m. 16 April 2010. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS: Instrument Features Must Include: 1) High sensitivity, end window (1.25 inch) single-photon counting photomultiplier tube. 2) 2 x 16 Character LC display. 3) 16 Membrane type push buttons. 4) Dual gated, 12-bit linear ADC Multi-channel analyzer. 5) Commfiler instrument PC interface software. 6) Optional Syringe Lid or Automatic Injector for reagent application. 7) Compact: 13 in. x 10 in. x 7.5 in. 8) Light Weight: 20lbs 9) Dynamic range: 200-50,000,000 cps. 10) Sample tube sizes: 20ml, 7ml LSC vials and 200/250 ul micro-centrifuge tubes. 11) Portable: With optional field case, battery pack automobile power adapter.
