Description

Solicitation N00421-10-T-0169 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Harris Corporation for the part number listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Manufacturer must be Harris Corporation. who holds sole proprietary data rights – Award all or none. The contract line item number and description is **CLIN 0001 Quantity 11 ea P/N RF-5832H-PA101 125 WATT POWER AMPLIFIER, CARC 383, CLIN 0002 1 Lt Shipping Charges to St. Inigoes, MD 20684-4013. Award is expected 15 APR 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 14 Apr 2010 will be considered by the Government for future procurements. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
