- Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Service at Orville Wright Federal Office Building 10A, 800 Independence Avenue, SW, and Wilbur Wright Federal Office Building 10B, 600 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC. Services shall be provided under a firm-fixed price contract for an initial period of one year with the Government's option to extend services for four consecutive additional periods of one year each. Solicitation Issuance Date is on or about April 22, 2010. This procurement is totally a set-aside for small business. The NASIC code for this procurement is 333921 Elevator and Moving Stair Manufacturer. Women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids and so state that they are women-owned. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered for an award. GSA is issuing this solicitation and any amendments only electronically.
