- Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that this is not a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requirement. SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is requesting proposals for a requirement to provide employee technical and business continuous learning training and meeting / conference space in support of NSWC PCD mission areas. Facilities are required to be within a ten mile commute of NSWC PCD to minimize Government travel costs and maximize the efficient use of employee's time. This requirement is based on full and open competition. Responses will be evaluated and award made on the basis of the technically acceptable lowest price offer. Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed priced Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Contract for a period of five years with provisions for firm fixed price delivery orders. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is N61331-10-R-0025 and the release date for the RFP is 6 April 2010. The anticipated award date for this requirement is June 2010. The NAICS code is 611430 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000.
