Description

Fuel Management Program Wage Determination HWY Vehicle Specifications HWY Terms and Conditions HWY Pre-Award Forms 300-89-10 pkg Highway contract route originating out of Albuquerque P&DC, NM to El Prado, NM. Vehicle Requirement Type: QTY DESCRIPTION 2 Two Axle Tractors (Single Drive) 2 53 Foot Tandem Axle Trailers - 3180 cubes Estimated Annual Schedule Hours: 6,098.0 Estimated Annual Schedule Miles: 203,286.0 Bid "without Fuel" on Line 6. Supplier will be required to submit their estimated annual fuel gallons to perform service which will be included in the contract. After the closing date of the solicitation (bidding process), the offer and the fuel gallon (Line 6) will be used to determine the winning bid. No adjustments to fuel gallons will be made during this contract term.
