- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, is soliciting for Construction (drilling) a water well for the city of Regina, New Mexico. The magnitude of the requirement is estimated to be between $500,000 and $2,000,000. The work will be performed under NAICS Code 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with the size standard of $33.5 million. The solicitation will be issued approximately April 30, 2010. The invitation for bids and amendments, if issued, will only be available online. Interested vendors can download the solicitation via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov). The due date for the proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Request for soliciation documents by telephone, fax, or email will not be honored. The Government intends to make award to the responsible offeror submitting a proposal, which conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Technical information required to be submitted with the bid will be identified in the solicitation. Prospective vendors must register in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract.
