- Red River Army Depot (RRAD) has a requirement for High Temperature Gloss Black Engine Paint. Characteristics: Enamel, withstands temperature of 500 deg F., oil and gas resistant, high solids. A purchase order will be issued for delivery of 100 gallons per month, in one gallon containers, for a total of 800 gallons. The solicitation will be available for download from the RRAD procurement web site on or about 19 April 2010 at https://redriver.army.mil/contract.htm. Firms downloading the solicitation are asked to check the web site to ensure notification of any future amendments.
