- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award on a Sole Source basis with Wanamaker Office Lease, LP for the procurement of office renovation for the executive office on the 6th floor in Philadelphia, PA to begin on or about 26 April 2010, with completion NLT 7 June 2010. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the bases of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 531120 with a size standard of $7.0 Million.
