- Eielson F-16 Fall Protection Requirements. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A PRESOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION. To meet new AFOSH 91-100 standards requiring fall protection from distances equal to or greater than 4 feet, Eielson Air Force Base requires mobile work platforms with fall protection railing for block 30 F-16 C/D aircraft.
