- The US Army, Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & LethalityContracting Center, Joint Armaments Center, on behalf of Benet Laboratories, Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY 12189-4000, is contemplating award of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with the US Government. Interested sources should be capable of fabricating components for use in programs utilizing plastic, elastomeric, thermoplastic and thermoset materials. Components include, but are not limited to, base plates, plate fusing composite materials and metals, and thermals shrouds. The exact specifications as well as the material to be utilized will be specified within each order. Thermoplastic and thermoset materials include, but are not limited to, S2 fiberglass prereg, IM7/PEEK carbon fiber, and Kevlar sheets. Composites supplies include, but are not limited to, resins, quick disconnect sets, and valves. The Government may enter into one or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) as a result of this notice. This notice is set-aside to small business concerns. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions by email only. Submittals and questions should be directed to the following point of contact: US Army Contracting Command, Attn. Christina Nigro, CCJM-JA, Bldg. 10, Picatinny, NJ 07806-5000, or via email at christina.nigro@us.army.mil. Note, this notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ), nor will the Government be issuing a formal RFP/RFQ as this is a Blanket Purchase Agreement. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice.
