- All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing to the following E-Mail address: Nathan.R.Kloeckler@usace.army.mil. This Acquisition shall be competed as a small-business set-aside. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-10-T-0072 for the supply and delivery of two (2) 2010 Evinrude E-TEC 1.7L, V-4, outboard models E115DPXIS and E115DCXIS or equivalents. The engines shall be delivered to the Oologah Lake Office and installed on existing Project-owned 24-foot Work Barge (TD-8810). Successful bidder shall provide and install the following equipment in accordance with the listed specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 441222, a Classification Code of 2010, and a business size standard of $7 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the requirements of the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FebBizOpps Website at www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps only. It is the contractors responsibility to check the below-listed Internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of April 13, 2010. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about April 29, 2010. Contractors must be registered and current with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award.
