- THIS SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: 1) TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF OPTIONS TO 3. 2) TO CHANGE THE QUANTITIES FOR THE BASE AND OPTION PERIODS TO 9,600 MINIMUM, 38,900 AEQ, AND 48,000 MAXIMUM. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE REISSUED ON OR AFTER 27 APRIL 2010. This solicitation covers an unrestricted with HUBZone price evaluation preference acquisition of Coveralls, Improved Combat Vehicle Crewman's (ICVC), Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). NSN 8415-01-560-4719(s). The quantities are 9,600 min; 38,900 Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ); and 48,000 max. Three mandatory one-year term options will be required, with the same min, AEQ, and max. Applicable specification is FQ/PD-08-04 dated 1 May 2008 with pattern dated 1 May 2008. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 3 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Experience/Past Performance, and Socioeconomic Plan.
