- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Rock Island Integrated Services Contract No. DAAA09-03-C-3027 Replace 13KV feeders from switch 9C to switch 10A and from switch 8B to switch 9A, Two different circuits. Replace the underground cable from switch S7C to switch S38B. Provide Hi Pot test of cables and provide fireproofing of cables in manholes, and labeling of cables in all manholes and at switches, South Side of Building 208, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. Contract DAAA09-03-C-3027 was awarded under full and open competition utilizing best value source selection procedures.
