- It is the intent of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration under the Department of Commerce to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to CQ-Roll Call Group, to provide a subscription service to the Minority Business Development Agency. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for proposal or for quotation. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed award based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Detailed capabilites must be submitted via email to chere.j.sanders@noaa.gov no later than Friday April 16, 2010 at 11:59 AM EST.
