- This notice is to inform all interested parties that this solicitation has been delayed indefinitely while the acquisition strategy is reexamined. It is anticipated that modified versions of the Sources Sought notice, Pre-solicitation notice and Draft RFP will all be forthcoming once the new acquisition strategy is approved. If the Solicitation Number for this effort must be changed, a notice will be posted under this number informing interested parties of the new number. At this point there is no estimated timeframe for releasing the revised documents. Please monitor this site regularly for additional information.
