- This is a combined Sole Source Requirement Synopsis Solicitation for a Water/Glycol Temperature Control Unit with Heat Exchange and Transfer, Inc., 500 Superior St., Carnegie, PA 15106-3463. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued unless amended for RFQ N00174-10-Q-0094. This request for quote (RFP) N00174-10-Q-0094 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. Offeror must provide with their proposal a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications for Commercial Items (June 2003). Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 333994, Size Standard 500 Employees, Information regarding CCR and ORCA can be found through the Business Partners Network (BPN at http://www.bpn.go).
