- BSM PR 0023423859. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following, NSN: 1615-01-320-6620, Disk Pack Repair Kit, IAW Miba Hydramechanica Corporation, P/N K1001. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item as of 04/12/2010. It is a stock buy. Destination Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 112 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open competition applies. This is a Critical Application item. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is April 28,2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about May 28, 2010.
