TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY PMIS # KEWE 152272 Rehabilitate Union Building - Phase 2 Interior RECOVERYThis project is subject to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) regulations and reporting requirements of 2009. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to the following contractor via their IDIQ Contract. This opportunity is to provide AE Title III Services during construction and is available only to the architect of record, Quinn Evans Architects, Inc. under contract number 1443C2000081400. A/E Construction Services will consist of submittal review, coordination of sustainability requirements, office services, and site visits. As the designer of record, Quinn Evans Architects, Inc., has performed all pre-design, schematic design, design development, and construction document services relating to this project.
