- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Intent to Award Advertisement Washington, DC Project Number: 0DC2072 The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Real Estate Acquisition Division, 301 7 th Street SW, Washington, DC, 20407 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition, Washington, DC. The United States Government intends to award a lease, using other than full and open competition to New Tower Trust Company Multi-Employer Property Trust, for Patriots Plaza II, Washington, DC, for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). The following measures are already incorporated into this building that uniquely meets the requirements for this agency. Co-location with FBI division and the ability to work in an internal Sensitive Compartmental Information Facility (SCIF) venue. Facility houses electronic components that share vital information which is in the interest of national security. This expansion lease will be for 40,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOASF) of fully serviced space for a five year term. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government's intent to award this project under other than full and open competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Joel T.
