- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to remove and relocated a transferable bridge crane trolley. A mobile crane, crane operator, transport vehicle and operator are necessary to assist Reclamation crews during the removal and relocation of one 150 Tom capacity transferable trolley from the Trinity Power Plant to the Spring Creek Power Plant. Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price purchase order for the above services. Transportation, permits and insurance shall be a part of this order. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532490, and the related small business size standard is $7.0 Million. This solicitation is set aside for small business only. Solicitation R10PS23020 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about April 12, 2010. The date for receipt of bids will be approximately April 30, 2010. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration Site (CCR) database at http//:www.ccr.gov and it is suggested that all contractors register at the ORCA data base site at https://orca.bpn.gov/ which is the Online Representations and Certifications Application that replaces most of the paper based Representation and Certifications (Reps.and Certs.) in Section K of solicitations with an Internet application.
