- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure the required repair and consumable components for the Sample Detection Assembly (SDA) of the Model ET-35N Oil Content Monitor (OCM) to include: Elapsed Time Indicator part number 320-03558-19 (Qty. 80) Measuring Glass Cel part number 321-28423-00 (Qty. 60)Ultrasonic Vibrator part number 321-36740-00 (Qty. 100)Valve Repair Kit part number 321-46797-00 (Qty. 55)Vibrator Pad part number 321-47552-00 (Qty. 20)SDA Elbow Connector part number (Qty. 20) It is intended to place a firm fixed price order with Advanced Marine Technology Inc. located at 8 Crown Plaza Unit 107 in Hazlet, NJ 07730. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Delivery of the items is due three (3) weeks after the date of action award. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334513 with a size standard of 500 employees.
