- The United States Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS) is seeking a contractor to provide IT Capital Planning support services. This entails planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing activities of the EBSA IT investments. This is a 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $7 million. The period of performance of the proposed contract is anticipated to encompass one base year plus four additional option years. The solicitation will be available on or after April 19, 2010 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site, http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
