- 'Recovery Act' - Information Only: The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHSC) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates awarding Firm Fixed Price construction contract for the Demolition of building 9, Project No. 674-05-121, located at the VA Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas. The method of procurement shall be a Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with Parts 14 and 36 of the FAR, with anticipated issue date on or before May 1, 2010 and proposed due date of June 1, 2010. Project consists of, but is not limited to; Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing elements, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for demolition of building 9 including asbestos abatement, project 674-05-121 CTVHCS, Temple, Texas as required by Drawings and Specifications. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The applicable NAISC code is 238990, $14 Mil. Cost Range: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00
