- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Mobile MRI, CT and Ultrasound Services for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, New York. The contractor will normally conduct services at a minimum of six (6) times per year for MRI and six (6) times per year for Ultrasounds and CT Scans with approximately 10-15 patients per clinic. Estimated yearly scans are: 75 CT, 60 MRI, 75 General Ultrasounds, 15 Vascular Ultrasounds, and 15 Echocardiogram Ultrasounds. Services will normally be scheduled between the hours of 6:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The contract shall consist of a base year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods for renewal. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 13, 2010 and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is May 13, 2010. Anticipated date of award is June 9, 2010. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
