- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons-United States Penitentiary Atwater, Atwater California intends to make a single award for the provision of Endodontist Services for the inmate population at the United States Penitentiary Atwater. The Endodontist must have a current state Dental/Endodontist license. Services will be for approximately 8-16 hours per week beginning in June 2010 through September 30, 2011. Total hours for endodontist services are not expected to exceed 50 hours. The Endodontist will be responsible for providing all professional credentials relating to their profession. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. A session is equivalent to one hour in duration. The solicitation will be available on or about April 16, 2010 and will be distributed solely through Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is April 30, 2010. The solicitation will be set-aside for 100% small business. The North American Industrial classification System (NAICS) code is 621210. Faith-Based and Community-based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for the contract for which they are eligible. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote, which will be considered.
