- DescriptionThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following requirement is being solicited at Eagle Point National Cemetery: Concrete Grave Liners (See Delivery and Install Schedule). The solicitation number for this requirement is VA-786-10-RP-0139. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is a 100% small business set aside.
