- This is a presolicitation notice for nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Nurse Triage/Homecare Advice (NTHA), Patient Care Coordination, and Outbound Patient Education Messaging. The NTHA telephone-based service shall be accredited by the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC). The NTHA service shall provide clinical assessment and appropriate level of care support services for the TRICARE Prime enrollees of participating San Antonio Military Medical System (SA-MMS) Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), San Antonio, Texas. The Government is anticipating awarding a Requirements Contract. The anticipated contract will be for a base period of one (1) year with four one-year option(s). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621999, and the small business size standard is $10,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set aside. The Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended does not apply to this requirement IAW FAR 22.1003-3(d). The solicitation will be issued as a RFQ and will be posted at Fed Biz Ops (http://www.eps.gov) electronically, on or about 19 Apr 2010. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by this Agency. All prospective quoters interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database with a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE). CCR information can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All prospective quoters interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
