- Volume 1 - Solicitaiton & Division 1 Amendment 01 The CDC Arctic Investigations Program (AIP) laboratory and laboratory support offices presently occupy the first floor of a two-story brick building at 4055 Tudor Centre Drive in Anchorage, Alaska. The building was constructed in 1997 with a first floor footprint of approximately 6,530 square feet. This project provides for expansion and modernization of the first floor laboratory within the existing building along with the construction of new space to support displaced office support functions of the laboratory. Project Scope summary: Renovation of the first floor level laboratory space (3,488 square feet), and construction of a connected new addition (1,394 square feet) for the laboratory support office space. Exterior site work to include minor grading and landscape improvements, and utility interfaces. Physical location of the project: 4055 Tudor Centre Drive Anchorage, AK 99508 Performance period: 6 calendar months Project magnitude: $2-3 million This is an invitation for bid.
