- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) hereby publicizes its intention to procure DESERT MARINE PATTERN COVERS (70 qty) for the HGU-84 Helmets for the Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 24 located at MCBH Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classifications System code (NAICS) and the small business standard for this procurement is 314999 and 500 employees respectively. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, MCBH Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii within 21 days after award of a purchase order. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) or Solicitation Number M00318-10-T-0030. The RFQ/solicitation is scheduled to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 12 April 2010. Quotes shall be submitted to the Regional Contracting Office by 3:00PM Hawaii Standard Time, 16 April 2010, to be considered for award. Quoters shall send quotes via e-mail to vivian.fukumitsu@usmc.mil or fax at 808-257-2350 or shipped to: Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Regional Contracting Office, PO Box 63063, MCBH Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, 96863-3063. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Agency. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and on an 'all or none' basis. The Government will award a contract basis resulting from the RFQ/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the RFQ/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering quality and price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.
