- P-2 ARRA RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The proposed action is a work order issued against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity A/E Contract for GSA Region 6 (GS06P07GYD0060). The contractor is Shaughnessy Fickel & Scott Architects, Inc., 1150 Grand Blvd Ste 400, Kansas City MO 64106-2307. The FSC Code is C211, NAICS Code 541310 and the size standard is $4,500,000. The work order amount of $30,707 is for pre-design and design services. The services to be delivered under this work order include, but are not limited to: Commissioning services and evaluation of working elements that meet the energy reduction goal to be carried forward into the design and construction project at the Robert J Dole Federal Building/U.S. Courthouse, 500 State Avenue Kansas City, KS 66101.
