- The Department of Defense Education Activity Pacific (DODEA-P) Procurement Division intends to procure on a full and open competition basis, a firm-fixed price purchaser order for miscellaneous equipments which will be utilized during the Far East Pacific Film and Entertainment Arts Festival in Korea. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Osan Air Base, South Korea. Delivery Date is 07 May 2010. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-10-T-1006 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website simultaneously, to close on 13 April 2010. The anticipated award date will be on or about 15 April 2010. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.govn in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with FAR Part 13 as applicable.
