- The purpose of this announcement is to notify the commercial market of the Government's intent to make award to CT Summation, Inc. for annual software maintenance for Summation Enterprise Software - 200 user licences. This requirement will be made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). The requirement will be fulfilled by the delivery of the above-mentioned item/services. The following is the Government's rationale for acquiring the services from CT Summation, Inc. (1) CT Summation is the sole publisher of its proprietary software which they created and developed and (2) CT Summation is the sole provider of the Maintenance Agreement and the services provided by said agreement. This notice of intent to award should not be construed as a committment by the Governnment to issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or contract. Any information provided to the Government is strickly voluntary. Responses to the notice of intent to award will not serve as proposals, bids or offers which could be accepted by the Governnent to form a binding contract. As such, the Government will not cover any cost for any information on inquiry submitted as a result of this notice.
