This procurement will be processed under FAR 6.302, for Certified Energy Management Training and the proctored examination. The NAIC code is 541690. The required deliver is 3 May 2010. This is not a request for competitive proposals / quotes. However the Government will consider all proposals / quotes that meet the criteria which are received within four days after the publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.*****
