- he Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract utilizing the procedures identified at FAR Subpart 13.5, test program for Certain commercial Items to procure various Cisco network hardware and software items. The Items consist of unlimited user, PN ASA5505-U-AIP5P-K9, which include: AIP-SSC-5, IPS Software v6.2 on ASA 5505 SSC P/N:SF-ASA-AIP-6.2C-K9; ASA 5505 series Software,PN:SF-ASA5505-8.2-K8, AC Power Cord, Type C5, US, P/N:CAB-AC-C5, Cisco 1941-SEC/K9 which include: Security bundle w/SEC License PAK, P/N:CISCO-1941-SEC/K9, Cisco Configuration Pro Express on Router Flash, P/N:ISR-CCP-EXP, 512MB Default DRAM for Cisco 1941 ISR, P/N: MEM-CF-256MB, 256 MB Compact Flash for Cisco 1900,2900,3900 ISR, P/N: MEM-CF-256MB, Cisco 1941 IOS Universal, P/N: S19UK9-15001M, IB Base License for Cisco 1941, P/N:SL-19-IPB-K9, Security License for Cisco 1941, P/N: SL-19-SEC-K9, Cisco 1PT T! 1/FRATIONAL DSY/SCU:HWIC-1DSC,P/N: HWIC-1DSU-T1, Cisco 1PT SER WAN I/F CARD, P/N:HWIC-1T, SMARTNET 8X5XNBO Cisco1941 Security Bundle W/SEC License,P/N:CON-SNT-1941 SEC. The Vendor shall warrant that all products are new, in their original box. The requesting Activity is the Naval Facility Mid-Atlantic Norfolk, Virginia. The required delivery date is 7 June 2010. A complete Request For Quotation (RFQ) Package will be available on or about 13 April 2010 by downloading the Documents at the NECO Website as follows: http://www.neco.navy.mil or at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334119. When the Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued, it may be downloaded by this office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. This is an unrestricted requirement.
