- Description
- The Naval Medical Logistics Command, 693 Neiman Street, Frederick, MD 21702-9203, plans to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)) with Catalyst Professional Services, Inc., Colorado Springs, CO, as the only responsible source that can provide the temporary, locum tenens health care services in a wide variety of disciplines to backfill for active duty healthcare providers who have deployed from Navy medical treatment facilities nationwide. A single Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantitiy personal services type contract will be awarded to Catalyst under N62645-10-D-5005. The dollar amount will not exceed $10,000,000. The period of performance will be 12 months during which time a long term contract will be competed. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Parties interested in responding to this notice will need sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirements.
