- Cabinets3 Cabinets2 Cabinets1 This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z1030050A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-39, effective 19 Mar 2010 and class deviation 2009-O0009, DCN 20100324, and AFAC 2010-0402 effective 02 10, 2010. This acquistion will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Setaside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444190. The business size standard is $7.0 Million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is N072. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5211. Requirement Description: Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for replacement, installation and removal of kitchen cabinets. CLIN 0001: Replace existing cabinets in kitchen (1 lot). Replace overhead cabinets with one for microwave. Replace counter cabinets with one for sink and dishwasher. Cabinets must match existing island cabinets (wood, color: toffe) Counter needs to match island top (Stone, color: Gray expo) must include opening for sink. Will require backsplash Will resuse existing sink and faucet Doors to cabinets must match the island cabinet doors. Will require toe kick. Dimension of existing cabinets & appliances: Overhead cabinet dimensions: 120" W x 26"D x 35"L (3 each) Counter cabinet dimensions: 120"W x 14.5" D x 23.5" L (3 each) Sink: 29"W x 16"D Dishwasher: 24"W x 26"D Microwave: 29.5"W x 14"D x 15.5"L CLIN 0002: Remove and dispose of old cabinets. To include General clean up upon job completion. Work hours: 0700 - 1600, Monday through Friday. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Details: All contractors planning to attend this site visit should confirm attendance via email by 14 April 2010 @ 1600 HRs. The site visit is Scheduled for 16 April 2010 @ 1000. Contractors are to meet in the parking lot adjacent to the Travis AFB Pass and Registration Center by 0945 HRs to proceed to the site and will begin promptly at 1000 HRs. No other site visits are scheduled at this time. A base pass is not necessary as transportation will be provided by 60 CONS. As a failsafe measure contractors should bring their driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance in case it will be necessary to bring your vehicle on base. Contractors should bring something to write with; questions posed during the site visit are to be submitted in writing at the close of the site visit. Responses will be posted to FBO to ensure fair solicitation to all potential contractors. Contractors are able to bring additional items to assist in providing a more accurate quote.
