- This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3440064A903. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-39, effective 19 March 2010, DCN 20100324, and AFAC 2009-1030. This acquistion will be solicited as total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 323119. The business size standard is 500.The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7690. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2759. Requirement Description: 100,000 each Computerized Baggage Tags CLIN 0001: US FORM #17067 COMPUTERIZED BAGGAGE TAGS. These computerized baggage tags are to be used on a mechanized printer throughout AMC Passenger Terminals. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
