- The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for manual transmission vehicle lease. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large business concerns. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. The solicitation will be available 15 April 2010 on the Army Single Face Industry website. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR is www.ccr.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation.
