- Construction services of a qualified, responsible, responsive firm having the capability and capacity to furnish all labor, materials, supplies,equipment, supervision, expertise, and quality control for Project 614-10-118 "Correct Infection Control Deficiencies - SPD" in accordance with the drawings and specifications at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN. The estimate construction cost range is between $500,000-$1,000,000. This project is SETASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSESS. NAICS IS 236220. Estimated contract completion time is 120 Calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at (www.ccr.gov) and VETBIZ (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) to be eligible for award. Solicitation documents including drawings and specifications will be available for download on/after April 23, 2010 at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Amendments to this solicitation will also be posted to this website. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, bidders must register in fedbizopps to "Receive Amendments" All bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging ALL AMENDMENTS prior to bid opening. Specifications and drawings will also be available for download.
