The contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities before they will be allowed to download the solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation.
