Description

The General Services Administration, Northeast & Caribbean Region, Brooklyn/Queens/Long Island Acquisition Unit (2PSAB) Recovery: This notice is provided for informational purposes only, and is not a solicitation for offers. This opportunity is available only to the current contractors under the multiple award IDIQ contract for construction services for Government-owned and leased buildings serviced by the General Services Administration. The current IDIQ contracts are as follows: GS02P07PVD0007; GS02P07PVD0009; GS02P07PVD0010; and GS02P07PVD0011. This notice is for ARRA Design-Build Services contract for a turn key project which includes design, construction, manufacturing, installation, implementation of energy conversation measures for mechanical and electrical systems to upgrade the Building Automation system ("BAS") existing at the Alfonse M D'Amato U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building, 170 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, New York 11722. The issuance date of the request for proposals was March 30, 2010. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price task order.
