- Request for Quotation Statement of Work/Intrusion Detection System This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-10-Q-7AA563. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 561621 size standard of $12.5 million This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. Anticipated award date; May 10, 2010 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business on April 30, 2010. Faxed quotations will be accepted at 305-415-7092. Quotations sent via the US Postal Service or hand delivered should be sent to: Commanding Officer USCG BSU Miami (fp) Attn: Jerry Lopez, 909 SE 1st Ave, Room 512 Miami, FL 33131. Telephone requests of quotes will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations No: 1994-0196, Revision No: 23, Date of Revision: 12/14/2009 Scope of work: See attached SOW for the complete statement of requirements. Performance Period: Service to be completed by contractor within 30 days after receipt of award. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies and equipment necessary to perform the services required. Site Visit: Potential offerors are highly recommended to perform a site visit to inspect the Aircraft ramps and Hangars at Coast Guard Air Station Miami. Contractors can contact LT. Work hours: Unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), all work shall be completed during normal working hours from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
