- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division has a Sole Source Requirement for 200 lbs of Nitrocellulose grade C, Type I, Alcohol Wet (NC) Pulp with Alliant Techsystems Inc., Energetic Systems Division, Route 114, Radford, VA 24143-0100. The NAICS Code is 325920 and FSC Code is 6810. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond the requirements of submitted proposals. However, all proposals need to be submitted with in 5 days after date of publication of the synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 3 Applies.
