Description

The Forest Service, USDA, is contemplating issue of Solicitation No. AG-4419-S-10-0644 for Interior and Exterior Work, Henry Koen Building, to include carpet installation at Ozark-St. Francis National Forests, Russellville, AR on or about April 26, 2010. Only contractors who have been awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for construction on the Ouachita and Ozark-St. Francis National Forests will be permitted to submit offers. The NAICS code is 236220, the PSC is Z154. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The successful offeror will be required to provide all labor, equipment and materials to perform interior work: Replacement of existing carpet with Government furnished carpet tile, patching and painting of interior walls and ceiling of the first and second floors. Exterior work: Repairing wood portions of building to match existing colors, replace and repair second floor window sills, repair first and second floor window frames as needed and provide and install new metal clad wood door at second floor emergency exit.
