IBM10B0007 with reference to website for obtaining specifications, plans and drawings in Section C.1 of the solicitation; and correction to performance period from 300 to 400 calendar days. Also attached are attachments listed in Sections J.1 thru J.6 of the solicitation. Reference Section L, pages 49-56 for instructions on completing your bid. As a minimum bidder's shall complete and submit their bid with the following items at time of bid opening May 10, 2010 at 2:00 PM (MDT): 1. Standard Form (SF) 1442, pages 1 and 2 2. Bidding Schedule, pages 7-12 3. Section K, pages 43-48 4. Section J, List of Attachments: J.2 - IBWC Form 117, Statement of Attendance at Pre-Bid Conference and Site Inspection; J.3 - IBWC Form 110, Certification of Authority for Signing Bids/Contracts; J.4 - IBWC Form 116 Statement of Equipment; J.5 - SF 24 Bid Bond; and J.6 - SF 28, Affidavit of Individual Surety (if applicable). 5. Section L.2, Qualifications of Bidders - to be submitted in a separately sealed envelope with the sealed envelope containing the bid. 6. Amendments to the solicitation (if applicable), should be acknowledged either in the SF 1442 form, page 2, or sign and submit a copy of each amendment with the bid package. NOTE: Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site-Visit is scheduled for Tuesday April 20, 2010, at 9:00 AM (CDT), at the USIBWC Mercedes Field Office, 325 Golf Course Rd., Mercedes, TX 78570-9677.
