- PWS The contractor shall provide all personnel, resources, materials, equipment, supervision, licenses and other items or services necessary to perform annual software and hardware maintenance of Enterprise Equipment at the Headquarters, Air Force Reserves in Warner Robins, GA and Dobbins ARB, GA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is required and a written solicitation will not be issued. We are contemplating a basic one (1) year and 1 Option Year contract. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors/Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items), FAR 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items). FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the term of the contract (Mar 2000), FAR 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options (Jul 1990), FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration (Oct 2003), FAR 52.239-1 Privacy or Security Safeguards (Aug 1996) DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation). DFAR 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements (Mar 2007), DFAR 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Jun 2005)DFAR 252.243-7002 Requests for Equitable Adjustments (Mar 1998). The NAICS Code involved is 519120. The size standard is $7M. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) IAW DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission Payment Request (Mar 2007). Price Analysis will be done IAW FAR 15.404-1. Offeror should submit information to support price analysis with proposal. Proposal is due by 4:00 EDT 23 Apr 2010 to the Robins AFB, GA address. The Proposal may be faxed to (478) 327-2210 or emailed and must be received by the required due date. The current anticipated award date will be 30 Apr 2010.
