- RECOVERY - THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) ACTION. This was a requirement for demolition of two existing toilets and septic tank, and preparation of two sites for new vault restrooms including site grading around new buildings for accessibility and drainage within the Cibola National Forest. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, lodging, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to perform all work required under the terms and conditions of the resulting contract. Funds from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) is utilized for this project. This acquisition is awarded as a competed set aside for HUBZone. The Government has made a firm-fixed price contract award to Red J Environmental Corporation, 4585 Main Street, Joseph City, AZ 86032 in the amount of $39,959.63.
